All is Fitness was born of the idea that fitness and health should, can, and do come from everywhere!
Our health should be one of our top priorities, and so often it falls by the wayside unnecessarily. So many of us are conditioned to believe that we don’t have the time or the money to be healthy, when this just couldn’t be farther from the truth! Fitness is all around us! It’s in everything! And it should be everything to us.
All is Fitness is currently place for me to share my fitness journey, where I’ve come from, where I’m going, what works for me, what doesn’t, and hopefully get to know and help inspire some of you along the way!
